Version 1.0.3 released

This version brings the game save and resume functionality. At any point during the game you may open the pause menu (by pressing ESC) and choose to save the game and exit to main menu. When a game state has been saved, you can at any time choose to continue it from the main menu. A save is deleted when you continue it, and you may only have one save at a time.
